Do I need an in-house IT team to manage this system?
No. The entire system is cloud-based and managed by Salesforce. We handle the expert setup and provide ongoing support, so you do not need a dedicated IT team to maintain it.
What kind of support do you offer after the system goes live?
Our partnership doesn't end at launch. We provide ongoing support to ensure you and your team are getting the most out of your investment. Our support team is based here in Malaysia and is available for questions and training needs.
What happens if my team size changes?
The solution is fully scalable. The packages are designed for a set number of users (e.g., up to 10 for the Starter package), but we can easily adjust your plan and add more users as your team grows.
Are there any hidden fees?
Our pricing is transparent and has two components. The package prices you see (Starter, Starter Plus, etc.) are one-time fees for our expert implementation service, which covers setup, data migration, and training.
Separately, there is a recurring Salesforce license fee (for products like Starter or Pro Suites) which is based on your team size and needs. We provide a clear, all-in-one quotation with no hidden fees, and everything can be bundled into the financing plan.
What about government taxes or other partner fees?
All products are subject to applicable government taxes. Additionally, all fees are subject to the respective partner's fees and services, including those from Funding Societies and CardUp.
